Returns and Refunds Eligibility

As our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and will gladly accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Faulty or Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within one (1) week of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographic evidence. Once we verify the fault, we will arrange a refund or replacement for the affected item(s).

  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within one (1) week of receiving the item. Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the incorrect item. After verifying the error, we will arrange a refund or replacement for the affected item(s).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within one (1) week of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide further instructions on how to return the faulty or incorrect item.

  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the faulty or incorrect item(s). If your return is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost along with the refund for the affected item(s).
